Since playing their first gig in January 2008 Kids Love Lies
have received airplay on Tom Robinson's show on BBC6 music, on the
Artrocker radio show, and been featured on Nick Grimshaw's show on
Radio 1.
Their debut single 'Switch Off' received great support from Huw
Stephens on his Radio One BBC introducing show and has been played
continually on the BBC Kent Introducing show also being chosen as
single of the week.
KLL's song 'Under the Bed' is currently featured on the new Puregroove
records website as part of their free download 100, and was chosen as
track of the day on The Times online website:
"Vocalist Ellen Murphy dramatically sings over it all
with a mix of riot grrrl attitude and a laid-back confidence that pulls

Kids Love Lies have had a great year, playing with bands such as
Fight like Apes, The Ghost Frequency and Theoretical Girl, and also
securing a place at the Shoreditch Shuffle and Offset festival and look
forward to 2009 when they will be releasing a brand new single!
